“And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and of the Fear of the LORD;” Isaiah 11:2
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1:8
“And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” Acts 2:3-4
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.” Rom. 8:14-15
Precious brethren, as you continue in the fasting and praying today, may these characteristics of the Holy Spirit and His power be manifest upon your lives bringing fresh fire and zeal and love for the Lord and His kingdom cause this year 2024!
May the Lord so encounter and fill you continually with the Holy Spirit’s power and use you to do expolits-great things for Christ and His kingdom this year as He transforms us all into the image of Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour, and helps us to be always ready/prepared as His holy brides for His second coming and to be ready to be bold witnesses for Him winning souls for Christ and helping them become disciples and brides of Christ!
And also may the Lord in His great goodness and faithfulness reach out to each of us in the things we are believing Him for this year in different areas of our lives and to higher levels both spiritually and other wise and even doing much more than we ask or imagine according to His Spirit’s power working in us, in Jesus’ name, amen, all glory to God!
Blessed, victorious and fruitful week and daily life in Christ Jesus filled with and led by the Holy Spirit.
