Prayers and declarations for October 2023

“This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” (Gal.5:16-17.)

“And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” (Eph.4:30.)

“For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Rom. 8:13-14)

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” (Mark 11:24).

“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” (James 5:16).

“You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28).

1. Almighty and glorious God my Father, I thank You so much for bringing me into this tenth month October, in this our special year of Dominion and Increase, in Jesus’ name.
2. O Eternal and Faithful God my Father, I thank and praise you for all Your great blessings, goodness and mercies, new converts/salvation, protections, healings, successes in exams, new jobs, promotions, weddings, babies born, joys, victories and breakthroughs, etc, and other things You did for me and Your redeemed people in the previous months of the year, and surely much more are coming this October and remaining two months of this year, in Jesus’ mighty name.
3. O Lord my God, I thank and praise You for giving and sealing me and Your redeemed people with the Holy Spirit from the time of new birth into Your kingdom, who always both dwells with us and is inside of us as another Comforter (like Jesus was/is), Helper in everything in life, Encourager and One who guides us into all truth, in Jesus’ name. John 14:16-17; Eph. 1:13
4. O Lord Jesus, thank You for not leaving us as orphans but came to us in the Person of the Holy Spirit to be with us, live inside of us, fill us with God’s love (agape-selfless love), accompany us everywhere we go, empower us, watch over us, remind us the truth of Your word; therefore help us to be always aware of these great truths of the Holy Spirit and not to fear but trust His presence, His power and guidance, in Jesus’ name. John 14:16-18; 16:13.
5. O gracious Lord, in this our month of Dominion and increase through submission to the Holy Spirit and in our daily lives, teach and quicken me and Your redeemed people to daily and always yield to, be subject to, obey, surrender to the Holy Spirit for Him to do what He wants with us, in us and through us, and not what the flesh wants, in Jesus’ name. Gal. 5:16-17.
6. O Lord help me and Your redeemed people to daily crucify the flesh by saying ‘no’ to 17 different manifestations of self and flesh in our lives according to Gal. 5:19-21, and all the lusts of the flesh, lusts of the eyes and pride of life, and to count/reckon ourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive to God through Christ Jesus our Lord, in Jesus’ name. Gal. 5:24; Col. 3:5; 1John 2:15-17; Rom. 6:11.
7. O Lord God Almighty my Father quicken and grant that I and Your redeemed people would be always filled with and led/controlled by the Holy Spirit, producing in increasing way the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith (faithfulness), meekness (humility), self-control, in Jesus’ name. Eph. 5:18-21; Gal. 5:22-23.
8. O Lord in accordance with Your infallible word, quicken and help me and Your redeemed people NOT to grieve or quench the Holy Spirit living inside of us by bitterness, wrath, unforgiveness, evil speaking and wrong thinking and actions, disobedience…, but to be mature sons of God, sensitive and yield always to the voice and promptings of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ name. Eph. 4:29-31; Rom. 8:13-14; 1Thes. 5:19.
9. O Lord God Almighty my Father, in this month of Dominion and increase through submission to the Holy Spirit and in my daily life, may the seven Spirits of God fill and operate in me and Your redeemed people- Spirit of the Lord, Spirit of wisdom, Spirit of understanding, Spirit of counsel, Spirit of power, Spirit of knowledge and the Spirit of the fear of the Lord, in Jesus’ name. Isaiah 11:2.
10. Almighty God my Father, I declare with the psalmist that I am like an olive flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever; I will praise You Lord forever for what You have done; in Your name I will hope, for Your name is good; I will praise You in the presence of Your saints, in Jesus’ name. Psalm 52:8-9 [ Sing two or more songs of praise to God for all His goodness!]
11. In this October, our month of Dominion and Increase through submission to the Holy Spirit and everyday of my life, I declare that I will arise and shine for my light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon me, and no matter the darkness in the world, I will shine brightly and make a difference and great impact for the Lord and His Kingdom’s expansion, all to God’s glory, in Jesus’ name. Isaiah 60:1-2.
12. In this October and in the remaining ‘ember’ months, I decree and declare that I move from glory to glory, from strength to strength, from grace to grace, from favour to favour by fire, in Jesus’ name.
13. O Lord God Almighty, according to Your word to Jeremiah, I uproot, pull down, and destroy and throw away whatsoever You did not plant in my life and in the land-every negativity, setbacks, stagnations, sicknesses and infirmities, all works of the flesh, fears, anxiety…, and I plant and build Your righteousness and peace, wisdom of God, progress, excellence, good health, promotions…, in Jesus’ name. Jere. 1:9-10.
14. O Lord, in accordance with Your infallible word, pour out Your Spirit upon us from on high; and let the desert become fertile field; and the fertile field seem like a forest; let fruit of righteousness be peace; the effect of righteousness be quietness and confidence forever, in Jesus’ name. Isaiah 32:15.
15. My Father, my Father, my Father Lord God Almighty, I declare that by Your mercy, I will not be ashamed, I will not be afraid, my enemy will not triumph nor rejoice over me, rather Lord, You will prepare a table of honour and celebrations before me in the presence of my enemies, in Jesus’ name. Psalm 23:5
16. O Lord my God fill me and Your redeemed people with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may live a life worthy of the Lord, pleasing the Lord in every way, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in Your knowledge, in Jesus’ name. Col. 1:9-10.
17. Almighty God my Father, I join prophet Jeremiah to declare this praise to You: no one is like You O Lord, You are great and Your name is mighty in power; who would not fear You, O King of nations? This is due You; among all the wise men of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is none like You, in Jesus’ name, hallelujah! Jere. 10:6-7.[Declare this praise from your heart to God]
18. O Lord God of love, make my love (agape-selfless love) and that of Your redeemed people increase and overflow for one another and for everyone else; Lord, strengthen our hearts so that we will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with His holy ones, in Jesus’ name. 1Thes. 3:12-13.
19. O Jehovah Jireh (Lord God our great Provider), I declare according to Your eternal word, that my God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, hence, I lack no good thing I need for life and godliness, in Jesus’ mighty name. Phil. 4:19; Psalm 84:11; 2Peter 1:3.
20. I declare and decree that I and the Lord’s redeemed people are the giants and the enemy and his cohorts are the grasshoppers, and we crush every enemy and his cohorts or every opposer of God’s purposes for our lives under our feet in Jesus’ name. Luke 10:17-20; Rom. 8:37; 16:20. [Declare this with every aggression and boldness, and every enemy must be crushed and annihilated].
21. O great and awesome Lord God, I declare and sing with the Psalmist: I will sing of Your strength; in the morning I will sing of Your love, for You are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble; O my Strength, I sing praise to You; You, O God are my fortress, my loving God, in Jesus’ name, hallelujah! Psalm 59:16-17. [Sing two or more songs of praise to this awesome God, our Father].
22. O Lord holy and righteous God, quicken and help me and Your redeemed people to always think the victors’ thought- whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, just/righteous, pure/clean, lovely, whatever things that are of good report, if there is any virtue and any praise; may we think and meditate on these things, in Jesus’ name. Phil. 4:8.
23. O Lord my Father, by Your Spirit’s power, fire and boldness working in me and Your redeemed people in this our year of Dominion and Increase, quicken and use us to preach and demonstrate the Spirit and power of the gospel of the kingdom of God, that King Jesus and His Kingdom is here and coming in power, and to win souls into Your kingdom this October and remaining months of this year, and to teach them to become disciples and holy brides of Christ, in Jesus’ name. Mat. 6:10; 24:14; 28:18-20; 1Cor. 2:4-5.
24. O covenant-keeping and never-failing God my Father because the power of life and death is in the tongue, help me to always by faith speak Your word and positive things about my life and others, and NOT negatives or the enemy’s lies, in Jesus’ name [Open your mouth and begin to bless yourself with all kinds of blessings, desires and expectations in different areas of life in this year and particularly in this our month of dominion and increase through submission to the Holy Spirit, and in faith expect the Lord to honour your declarations according to His word-Ps. 23; Ps. 81:10-‘open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.’ Says the Lord] Job. 22:28.
25. I decree and declare that thanks to God’s grace in this October 2023 and the remaining ember months (November and December) and in all my life, there shall be no accident, no untimely death, no sickness, no Corona virus or any deadly disease, no failure, no misfortune, no sorrow, no oppression-depression-suppression by demonic forces, no lacks upon me and my loved ones, in Jesus mighty name. Ps 91; Ps.23; Is. 43:1-7 (confess loudly and reject whatever bad habits, recurrent attacks of the enemy you do not want to see in your life).
26. VICTORY IN JESUS CHURCH: Thank You Lord Jesus for Your blessings, victories and increases/expansions upon our church in the past year(s). And we believe You that much more are happening this 2023, our year of Dominion and Increase, in Jesus’ name, hallelujah! O God arise and further bless, increase, and let Your fire of revival fall upon VIJC in Łódź, in Wrocław, in Bydgoszcz, Grudziądż, Zgierz, Warsaw, Poznań, Opole, and thwart/destroy every plan of the enemy against this church and let her fulfil her God-ordained purpose in Poland and across the world, in Jesus’ mighty name. O Lord we pray for Your blessings upon the forthcoming Annual Open heaven prophetic conference of Victory in Jesus church here in Łódź on 27-29th October 2023; may the preparations and everything about it go smoothly and bring great glory to God, in Jesus’ name.
27. UKRAINE, BELARUS AND RUSSIA: O Lord, we thank You that You will bring this war and hostilities from Russia against Ukraine to an end; even so Lord in Your mercy, intervene and help the Ukrainian army to resist and expel the Russian army out of Ukrainian territories; may the nations provide Ukraine with services and right military equipment to fight and resist Russian aggression; and Lord grant that Belarus would not join Russia against Ukraine, in Jesus’ name. O Lord in Your great mercy and goodness, continue to comfort and provide for Ukrainians, and also, grant them the grace not to hate Russians but be willing to forgive them as the war ends, in Jesus’ name; and in Your mercy draw the Ukrainians, Belarusians and Russians to Christ the Saviour, in Jesus’ name. Psalm 65:8-9; Isaiah 8:9-10; John 6:44.
28. PRAYING FOR POLAND: O Lord may You reveal anew to the Church, the Body of Christ what faith is -assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, and being completely convinced/persuaded that God is able and will do what He said in His word, and through that strengthen us and help us to hold strongly Your word like father Abraham, no matter what is happening, looking up unto the Lord Jesus the Arthur and Finisher of our faith; may the church live a consecrated life, throw away all fears and lies, walk in wisdom, pray and make right decisions based on the truth of God’s word which never fails (Heb. 11:1,6; Rom. 4:19-21; Heb. 12:1-3,12-13); and Lord may Your church be Your voice, prayerful, strong, bold and uncompromising end-time army of mature, holy, united, wise, loving (agape-selfless love) and Spirit-filled sons and daughters of Yours, always putting on the whole armour of God, and through whom You will do exploits depopulating hell and populating God’s kingdom with saved souls and holy brides of Christ, in Jesus’ name. Mat. 5:13-16; John 8:12; Eph. 6: 10-20. O Lord grant us revival and hunger for God upon Polish people; Lord let Your wisdom, righteousness and true fear of God guide the government and those in authority in Poland-the President, Prime Minister, Ministers, Parliamentarians, Governors and Mayors of cities and all in positions of influence including the opposition parties; expose and remove every lie, deception and hatred, and grant that they may do what is in accordance with truth and righteousness, and for the good of the whole nation, in Jesus’ name. Lord take control of the campaigning and forth coming parliamentary and senatorial elections in Poland by 15th October, that Your order and peace would reign, and that right and honest persons upholding Christian values will be elected into the next Polish Parliament and Senate, in Jesus’ name. Prov. 14:34; 21:1; 1Tim. 2:1-4.
29. KENYA: Using this country as a point of contact for all other countries represented in our church community and in Poland, we pray, O LORD that the light of the gospel may shine forth, expel every darkness, and let Your peace, righteousness and progress reign in all these nations, and thwart the plans of the enemy against Your good purposes for these countries; O Lord, destroy corruption and bribery, remove evil leaders/rulers and give us truly God-fearing leaders in different spheres of governance and leadership in Kenya and in all these other countries who would have the interest of the entire nation in their hearts, in Jesus’ name. Prov 14:34; Is. 8:9-10; Is. 62:1-8.
30. ISRAEL: O God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, the Holy One of Israel by Your mighty hand, intervene and save Israel in this recent horrible attack on her by Hamas on 7th October; let Your guidance and wisdom be upon the Israeli government and army as they respond to this whole situation; Lord, grant physical and emotional healing upon many wounded in this and other attacks on Israelites; O Lord grant the safety and returning back to Israel of the hostages taken by Hamas (amongst babies, children, other civilians and Israeli soldiers); O Lord comfort all the Israelites who lost their loved ones through this bestial attack on Israel and Lord thwart the plans of the enemy against Your covenant people Israel and their God-given land; Use this to open the eyes and hearts of the Israelites to You Lord Jeshua their True Messiah unto salvation. Peace upon Israel and Jerusalem, in Jesus’ name. Psalms 121; 122; 27:1-6; Isaiah 43:1-4.
31. O Omniscient God, by Your Spirit’s leading and wisdom, grant that every day of this month October, our month of Dominion and increase through submission to the Holy Spirit, and all through the year 2023, I will not miss any appointment, but I will be in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing, meeting with the right person(s) and saying the right thing(s), and bringing great glory to Your name, in Jesus’ name.
32. O Holy God my Father, in every day of this month October and in my daily life, please keep me always alive and alert in the spirit of holiness and righteousness as Christ’s Holy Bride unto His coming, in Jesus’ name. Heb. 12:14; Rev. 19:6-9.
33. My Father and my King, I thank You for answering all these declarations, decrees, and prayers, and for doing exceedingly, abundantly above all I have prayed/declared/decreed above, by Your power working in me; all glory and praise be to You in and through my life in this October and all through the year 2023 and always, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen and amen! Eph. 3:20-21.
